
Once we receive claims or invoices from the hospital in connection with the care provided by the hospital for our client, we go through the claims to ensure that all items charged are necessary, reasonable and customary. For charges that are not necessary, reasonable or customary, we query such claims with the hospital and we reduce such charges that we deem are not necessary in order to reduce cost for our client. We ensure that all the charges incurred by our clients are all necessary, reasonable and customary charges.
