When our clients are sick and needs to see a doctor, specialist or be admitted into a hospital, we provide the doctor or hospital with a guarantee of payment (GOP) in order for our clients not to pay upfront for doctor’s consultation and hospital admission. This is possible because we have direct billing with the doctors and hospitals whereby the hospitals send the claims to us for processing and payment hence our client do not have to pay cash at that specific time but will get the necessary treatment on a cashless base. This gives our clients peace of mind knowing that they do not have to pay upfront for consultation or hospitalization when the need arises.
